Standard Support

Standard support provides free version upgrades and email support with a 48 hour response time. All rentals come with standard support included in the price. Full licenses come free with 1 year's standard support. Additional, support can be purchased. Support does not include work requiring consultancy services, e.g. creating camera moves, scene creation, etc.

Downloads

Existing customers with a username and password can download the latest version of the software from here. A new license will probably be required. Email support to get one.

Important Requirement

All installations require DESkey DK3 USB drivers to be installed (whether or not a dongle is being used). They can be download here.

Manual
