Rental provides free upgrades and email support with a 2 working day response time. Upgrades do not include previously purchased lifetime software licenses. Additional, non standard support can be purchased, e.g. camera move creation, scene creation, Maya training, IKTrix Impulse training, on set consultation, etc.

Customers with a username and password can download the latest version of the software from here. A new license might be required. Email support to get one.
